India, Feb. 10 -- Self-care is often neglected yet the most important part that defines your overall health. Authentic self-care fits with your needs, values, and lifestyle. Self-care need not be copied such as using gratitude journaling, bubble baths, etc., rather it should be something that aligns with your body and mind and nourishes your soul.
