Ranchi, Sept. 12 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will land at the Birsa Munda Airport at around 11am on Thursday and go straight to the new Vidhan Sabha building for inaugurating the new State Assembly building. Later in the day, he will also inaugurate the much talked about Multi-Modal Vessel Terminal in Sahebganj and lay the foundation for the new Secretariat in Ranchi.

The construction of Jharkhand's new Vidhan Sabha building started in 2016 at a cost of Rs 465 crore. The campus, spread over 39 acres of land, is said to be equipped with all modern facilities.
