KHORDHA, Jan. 29 -- A Pallishhree-cum-Pustak Mela was inaugurated by Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water, Law and Housing and Urban Development Minister Pratap Jena here on Monday evening. Women self-help groups have put up as many as 200 stalls at the Pallishree Mela to sell their products.
Terming Khordha as a culture and art-rich district, Jena said the Chief Minister has given importance of overall development of the district. "The Government is organising Pallishree Mela to enhance income of women," he said.
