RAIPUR, Sept. 8 -- Sonmoni Borah has been made principal secretary, higher education department and is also given additional charge of secretary, tourism and culture department on his return from higher studies.
A 1999 batch IAS officer Borah had gone for Long-term training programme 'Executive Master in Public Administration (EMP) at Maxwell School, Syracuse University, USA.
General Administration department on Saturday effected a minor bureaucratic reshuffle by taking additional charges from two officials and handing it over to Borah.
