India, April 3 -- When Charles Dickens wrote the following lines for his epic creation, A Tale of Two Cities, he obviously gave expression to the state of society as it existed in that period: "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity...". If the same author were to write similar lines today, it is likely that he would drop the words "best of times", given the extent of uncertainty and the lack of "feel good" that we see before us.
