Lucknow, Nov. 1 -- Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that the state government will bring a law to prevent love jihad and his government will also distribute houses to the poor on land illegally acquired by the mafia and criminals.
The chief minister said his government is already busy demolishing properties of mafia who have acquired them illegally. "We will use that land to build houses for the poor,'' he said while addressing public meetings in Deoria and Malhani (Jaunpur) assembly constituencies on Saturday where by-elections will be held on November 3 next.
