BHUBANESWAR, Nov. 27 -- As predicted by the weather office, several districts in the State experienced cold wave conditions following a drop in minimum temperatures on Friday night.

As many 19 places recorded below 15 degree Celsius. G Udayagiri became the coldest recording a temperature of 10 degree followed by Phulbani and Daringabadi with 10.5 and Semiliguda 10.9 degree

The twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar recorded 15 and 14.5 degree, respectively, the Regional Office of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here said on Saturday. This was the first time the night temperature dipped below 15 degree in the capital city.

The temperatures in other places were Kirei 9.5 degree, Koraput 12.5, Angul 12.6, Keonjhar 11, Bhawanipatna...
