India, Jan. 26 -- To take you to the mouth watering taste of Kashmir, Shangri-la Eros New Delhi hosted a culinary journey with the Chef pin pop-up at Tamra. The pop up showcased the spicy flavours of Kashmir, expertly handpicked by Chef Archana Dhawan. Apart from the Kashmiri flavours, desserts took the show with the pastry Chef Dakshata Agarwal.

Guests were treated to a symphony of Kashmiri delicacies, beginning with a selection of signature appetisers. Chef Dhawan's creations included the crispy Nadur Monji, a delightful fried snack made from lotus stems and gram flour.
