India, May 24 -- In verses 15.1 to 3 of the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna states that this material world is upside down. Its meaning is, "What appears good doesn't turn out to be so good, and what appears not so good maybe really good." A couple of examples will illustrate the message of the Lord. Video games with lots of violence attract children. They love to spend a lot of time in it. What is its effect on them? It contributes to aggressive behaviour and negatively affects their sleep, mental health, attention and academic performance. Contrarily, healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, etc. are not preferred as they should; one loves what is tasty, but does not have much nutritional value like fast foods.
