Ranchi, Sept. 22 -- Jharkhand Education Minister Jagarnath Mahto is all set to fulfill his promise of presenting the State toppers of class X and XII of the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) with brand new Alto cars on September 23 on the Jharkhand Assembly premises.
"This award (Alto cars) is for the meritorious students who have scored maximum marks and secured the top position in the matriculate and intermediate examination. #ON_23_09_20, Wednesday on the birth anniversary of Late Binod Bihari Mahto," tweeted the Minister on Sunday evening.
