India, Nov. 22 -- The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has taken cognisance of a complaint received from Lucknow against an examiner who allegedly forged and fabricated flying test reports. Advocate Ashishek Mishra had written to the DGCA stating that captain Vikas Sharma is working with the Uttar Pradesh civil aviation directorate as a fixed wing pilot approved by the DGCA as an examiner on Hawker series aircraft.

The complainant has alleged that on October 15 last year, Sharma had issued a forged and fabricated certificate in favour of captain Michael Wilson stating that he had carried out a route check with Wilson from Lucknow to Varanasi and from Varanasi to Lucknow onboard the UP government Hawker aircraft.
