India, Sept. 27 -- The third day of the 2nd International Conference and Exhibition on Bio-energy and Technologies (IBET) concluded with a keynote address by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. She urged citizens and industry leaders to embrace Swadeshi products and contribute actively to nation-building.
