Ranchi, Sept. 12 -- Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that Congress and Jharkhand named parties do not want development to reach poor people's houses. During the Pravas programme organised by the party in Khijri Assembly segment on Wednesday, the CM said that these are the same parties that align with anti-national elements and terrorists for opium farming in State.
