RAIPUR, May 24 -- Citing mismanagement in quarantine centres and deaths in Chhattisgarh, the BJP has sought online monitoring of all quarantine centres in the state.
BJP state President Vikram Usendi said in a statement that the Congress government has been scoffing at the issues being raised by the BJP over the mismanagement in quarantine centres.
He said that the hands of Panchayats are tied as the state government has not issued funds to run the quarantine centres. People are moving at will due to lack of security while coronavirus guidelines, including those for social distancing, are being floated.
