BHUBANESWAR, Nov. 29 -- Oposition BJP disrupted the proceedings of the State Assembly for the fourth consecutive day on Saturday over the kidnapping and murder of five-year-old girl 'Pari' even as the Government issued a notification on constitution of an SIT to probe the incident.
