India, May 19 -- The LGBTQI community had much to celebrate on September 6, 2018, when the Supreme Court restored a landmark Delhi High Court judgement which had decriminalised homosexuality. With this judgment, India joined the list of countries like Vatican City (1890), the US (2003), Fiji (2010), Nepal (2007), Seychelles (2018) and Canada (1969) to decriminalise homosexuality.
