Manila, Aug. 14 -- The southwest monsoon (habagat) will bring scattered rain showers in most parts of Luzon Wednesday.

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Zambales and Bataan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
