Manila, May 23 -- The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) has recognized the professionalism of a police officer who recently accosted a foreigner for reportedly violating enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) rules inside a posh village in Makati City.
PCCI president Amb. Benedicto Yujuico, also chairman of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Regional Advisory Council, led the national leaders of the country's largest business organization in presenting to Senior Master Sgt. Roland Von Madrona the PNP Commendation Medal, Plaque of Appreciation, and Cheque Reward during simple ceremonies on Thursday at the Double Dragon Plaza in Pasay City.
