Manila, July 17 -- President Rodrigo Duterte's prepared speech for his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) will likely be completed over the weekend, Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar said.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News Channel on Tuesday evening (July 16), Andanar said the progress for Duterte's SONA speech is about 60 to 70 percent complete.
"Well, we've sent messages from the Presidential Management Staff (PMS), they're asking us to vet some information at least from the Presidential Communications Operations Office.
