CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Sept. 30 -- Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary William Dar has reiterated the government's commitment to buying palay from farmers this harvest season.
Dar, during his visit to this province on Tuesday, assured farmers that the DA, through the National Food Authority (NFA) is intensifying efforts in buying palay, with the help and support of the provincial government and farmers' cooperatives.
