Manila, April 26 -- Three residents of Capas, Tarlac earlier isolated in a New Clark City facility were sent home Friday, April 24, after completing their 14-day quarantine.

The three individuals who were earlier considered persons under monitoring (PUMs) were isolated for two weeks at the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) Polyclinic in New Clark City because of their travel histories, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) said in a news release.

They were the first ones to be sent home from the polyclinic.

In a simple ceremony, the Capas residents received certifications of quarantine completion from Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan and Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Franchette Reyes.
