India, July 11 -- A remote work arrangement seemed to be a utopian idea only a few years ago and was the prerogative of high caste freelancers, digital nomads, or only the most privileged tech executives. The concept of working productively to your team at a cafe in Paris or a cabin in the Himalayas appeared both luxurious and impossible.
