Bhubaneswar, Nov. 4 -- The Japanese bike manufacturer, Yamaha has unveiled the smallest member of its family, YZF-R125.

Powering the Yamaha R125 is a single-cylinder 125cc engine with the output rated at 14.8bhp at 9000 rpm and 11.5Nm at 8000 rpm. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox and owners can also fit an optional quickshifter.

On the suspension front, it gets a pair of KYB 41 mm USD forks up front, and a monoshock at the back, while braking duties are handled by a 292 mm disc up front and 220 mm disc at the rear.
