Bhubaneswar, July 28 -- Will Odisha government consider unlocking the capital city in the next phase? CBK Mohanty, the chief of Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) on Tuesday (July 27) said that cases in Odisha are currently fluctuating and this trend is likely to continue, however, a decision to unlock Bhubaneswar will only be taken if the situation is feasible.

The DMET Chief emphasized that the capital city has the most number of mobile population which results in a high number of COVID-19 infections.
