Bhubaneswar, May 17 -- The second wave of the pandemic has doubled the woes of marginalised individuals and the migrant labourers stranded outside. In order to ease the distress of these individuals, Bangalore-based Odisha Cultural Association in collaboration with OTV organised a free grocery distribution drive on Sunday. Food grains were distributed among the members of the Odia migrant community residing in Bangalore rural. Answering a distress call, founder member of OCA Smitha agreed to help the very poor and needy labour members of the Odia community.
