IMD Issues Yellow Warning For 10 Districts Of Odisha
Bhubaneswar, Sept. 3 -- Bhubaneswar: Several parts of Odisha will experience light to moderate rainfall in the next 24 hours, informed India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday.
The cyclonic circulation over west central Bay of Bengal and adjoining southwest Bay of Bengal off South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, north Tamil Nadu coasts extending upto 2.1 km above mean sea level has become less marked.
Light to moderate rainfall has occurred at many places over the districts of north interior Odisha and at a few places over the districts of south interior and coastal Odisha. Angul and Jharsuguda districts have recorded heavy rainfall in the past 24 hours.
