Bhubaneswar, June 14 -- Several parts of Odisha are set to witness heavy to very heavy rainfall activities for the next three days from today under the influence of a low pressure area formed over the south Jharkhand and neighbourhood.

As per the special bulletin issued by IMD today, yesterday's low pressure area over northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Odisha & Gangetic West Bengal, now lies over south Jharkhand and neighbourhood with associated cyclonic circulation extends upto mid-tropospheric levels tilting south-westwards with height. it is likely to move west north-westward.
