Bhubaneswar, Dec. 27 -- The Cuttack Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Rishikesh Khilari, conducted an inspection of Choudwar Jail on Saturday. He was accompanied by Additional Superintendent of Police Minakshi Thakur and District Judge Manas Ranjan Barik.

As per reports, the officials jointly inspected various sections inside the jail and reviewed the overall functioning before leaving the premises.

During the visit, special emphasis was laid on assessing the jail's administrative management and security arrangements. The inspection was aimed at evaluating whether adequate measures are in place to ensure the safety, discipline, and smooth operation of the prison.
