Cuttack, March 19 -- The Cuttack Malgodown Police nabbed notorious criminal Munu alias Manoj Swain after an encounter in the wee hours today. Sources said the accused is allegedly involved in the brutal attack on Damodar Bhawsinka, a city based trader.
According to reports, Damodar had sustained critical injuries on his neck after he was attacked on March 16. He was first admitted to SCB Medical College and Hospital and later shifted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. Sources said police got vital clues regarding accused Manoj Swain's involvement after the victim identified him through some photographs of criminals.
