Cold Wave Sweeps Odisha; Minimum Temperature Drops To 11 Degree Celsius In Phulbani
Bhubaneswar, Nov. 24 -- Bhubaneswar: Cold wave conditions affected normal life in some parts of Odisha as the minimum temperature dropped below 15 Degree Celsius in at least 12 places in the past 24 hours. Phulbani recorded the lowest minimum temperature (night temperature) of 11 degree Celsius on Monday night.
As per the data shared by the India Meteorological Department's (IMD) Regional Centre in Bhubaneswar, Sonepur recorded minimum temperature of 11.4 degree Celsius, Angul (11.6), Baripada (12), Keonjhar (12.4), Talcher (12.5), Bhawanipatna (13.6), Jharsuguda (13.8), Cuttack (14.5) and Chandbali recorded minimum temperature of 14.8 degree Celsius on Monday.
