Cuttack, June 15 -- A day after a woman journalist accused BJD's Kendrapara MP Anubhav Mohanty of abusing and spitting at her, BJP's youth wing activists today staged a demonstration in Cuttack demanding immediate arrest of the Parliamentarian.
Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) activists staged a protest and later burnt the effigies of Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and MP Anubhav Mohanty.
BJYM vice- president Sikander Ali said, "The way the MP behaved with the woman journalist is totally unfortunate. Though a case has been registered, the cops are yet to take any action. We demand the arrest of Anubhav Mohanty within 24 hours."
