Bhubaneswar, Sept. 24 -- A Zilla Parishad (ZP) member of Biju Janata Dal (BJD) was found hanging in his residence on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar on Saturday. Dharmendra Sahoo was found hanging from the balcony of his house at Sishupalgarh. Sahoo was the member of ZP Zone 11 in Nimapada.
