Hong Kong, March 31 -- In the 12 months since it was set up at the 2018 Mobile World Congress, the Seamless Air Alliance has grown to 23 members from the inflight communications industry, aerospace manufacturers and airlines.

The goal of the alliance, which had its inaugural meeting last June, is to enable any traveler, boarding any flight on any airline anywhere in the world to use their own devices to automatically connect to the Internet without complicated logins or paywalls to penetrate.
