GUWAHATI, Nov. 7 -- Senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have Enforcement Directorate (ED), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Income Tax Department (IT) as trident, which they use as political opponents.
