RANCHI, Jan. 17 -- The Farmer Energy Security and Upliftment Campaign, ie Kusum Yojana, is being conducted by the Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (Jareda) in the state. The scheme is centrally sponsored, which was started in the year 2019 itself.
