Jammu and Kashmir, Oct. 17 -- Before dividing Jammu and Kashmir into two union territories later this month, the state administration has issued an order dissolving the 62-year-old state legislative council and reporting 116 employees working in the general department Has instructed. The order to dissolve the Legislative Council was issued on Wednesday, a few days before the state was officially divided into two union territories Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir at midnight of 31 October.
