New Delhi, Jan. 13 -- The closed session of the special general convention of the Nepali Congress took place in Bhrikutimandap auditorium on Monday and is extended till Tuesday. The special general convention scheduled for two days began on Sunday. According to the special general convention organizing committee, decisions on leadership and other issues are likely to take place during the closed session on Tuesday. The closed session proposed the dissolution of the existing central executive committee.
