New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects worth more than 40,000 crore rupees through video conferencing from Purnea district of Bihar. He will also address a public meeting at Sheesha Badi in Gulab Bag in Purnea this afternoon. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the newly built Purnea airport and start flight service from the airport.
