India, April 20 -- A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in Allahabad High Court on Friday seeking deletion of Congress' NYAY scheme from the party's manifesto. The petitioner claimed that such a poll promise amounted to bribery and is a violation of the Representation of People Act.
