New Delhi, Jan. 12 -- The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) today launched a PSLV rocket intended to place an Earth observation satellite along with 14 other co-passenger satellites into orbit.

However, ISRO Chairman Dr. V. Narayanan reported that the rocket experienced a disturbance at the end of its third stage, resulting in a deviation from its planned trajectory.

He stated that the ISRO team is currently analyzing the situation and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
