New Delhi, July 25 -- Industry leaders are hailing the signing of the India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA) as a transformative step. The Engineering Export Promotion Council India, EEPC India has welcomed the signing of India-UK Free Trade Agreement. In a social media post, its said that India's engineering exports to the UK have shown strong growth, rising by 11.7 percent from 3.59 billion dollars in 2023-24 to 4.01 billion dollars in 2024-25. It said this upward trend reflects the growing importance of the UK as a destination for Indian engineering goods.
