New Delhi, June 7 -- A timely initiative of Gujarat Police to resolve the representations of citizens of the state within a few hours on the X platform. The main objective of this initiative is to listen to the concerns, complaints and suggestions raised by the people on social media with sensitivity, quickly reach the appropriate officer and resolve them in a timely manner.

Under this initiative, which was started on March 1st, 335 complaints were received in three months: 310 were amicably disposed off.
