New Delhi, Jan. 12 -- German Chancellor Friedrich Merz arrived in the western Indian city of Ahmedabad early this morning on a two-day visit.
This is the German Chancellor's first official visit to India. The visiting dignitary will hold bilateral engagements with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The two leaders will take stock of the progress made in diverse aspects of the India-Germany Strategic Partnership, which completed 25 years last year.
