India, April 23 -- SoftBank's Vision fund is doing due diligence to buy a stake in Reliance Industries' telecom unit Reliance Jio Infocom. The Japanese fund may look to invest $2-3 billion in Jio, sources told ET Now.Led by Rajeev Mishra, SoftBank's vision fund aims to invest in fast-growing scalable tech companies globally. SoftBank's Vision Fund has recently raised $100 billion in one of its kind fundraising where investors included marquee names such as Saudi Arabia Sovereign Wealth Fund which committed $45 billion in it.
