New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- The Election Commission has certified the election of CP Radhakrishnan as the next Vice President. The Certification of the Election of Mr Radhakrishnan as the fifteenth Vice President was signed by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, and Election Commissioners Dr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Dr. Vivek Joshi.
