New Delhi, May 13 -- The girls have once again outshone the boys in the Central Board of Secondary Education Class XII results, which were declared today. With over 91 per cent of girls having passed the exam, the girls have outperformed the boys by 5.94 percentage points.
Transgender students recorded 100 per cent results. This year, 88.39 per cent of students have passed the board exams, an increase of 0.41 percentage points over the last year. A total of 16 lakh 92 thousand 794 students had appeared for the examinations this year. Students can access the results on the websites - cbse.gov.in, results.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in and umang.gov.in.
