New Delhi, Sept. 5 -- Punjab continues to battle severe flooding across all 23 districts, with border districts of levels in the Sutlej River and the overflowing of the Ghaggar, Tangri, and Markanda rivers. District administrations have urged residents in vulnerable areas to move to safer locations.
