New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- The United Nations General Assembly Resolution 73/338 adopted on September 12 2019, called for encouraging the continued and increasing efforts and activities on the part of civil society organizations throughout the world in advancing a culture of peace, as envisaged in the Declaration and Programme of Action on a Culture of Peace. The Resolution declared 2021 as the International Year of Peace and Trust.
