New Delhi, Aug. 22 -- With the beginning of the monsoon session of the Delhi Assembly from Thursday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), having four legislators in the Assembly, is likely to demand for a special discussion on the Jammu and Kashmir move of revocation of Article 370 in the state.

BJP MLAs Om Prakash Sharma, Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta, Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Jagdish Pradhan wrote to the Speaker Ram Niwas Goel to dedicate a day in the monsoon session to take up the matter on Article 370 for discussion.

Also, the discussion is likely to be made on the financial allocation or a revised budget for the Aam Aadmi Party proposed free Metro rides scheme for women in the National Capital.
