New Delhi, Dec. 13 -- Soon after the air quality in the National Capital took a dip back into the 'severe' category on Thursday, the blame game between the Delhi Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party put into place, with the grand old party blaming Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal for diverting from the issue.

Delhi's overall air quality index (AQI), according to System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting (SAFAR), ranked at '407', dipping into the 'severe' category.
